Here's a really cool discovery John and I made as we dug around on different websites looking for documentation on our past family histories. We came across Poppy's draft registration card for World War I. As you can see, Poppy's father immigrated here from Glasgow Scotland. That solves the ever burning question, Tennant is not an English name but a Scottish name! Here's to kilts, heather and whiskey!By the way "whiskey" in Scottish Gaelic means "water of life".
