I'm not really doing a very good job of getting it done, that is preparing for the holidays. Oh well, what doesn't get done isn't really going to matter. I made so many of these birds. This is the last one for now. I made them into ornaments but this one I decided to keep and frame. I had this really lovely fabric that is reminiscent of the forties that I used for the background. The weft and warp have distinct threads of a darker green running through the main green color, the fabric has a really unique texture. Like all good fabric in the "stash", not really sure where it came from.
