This is up near King Kamehameha's monument. It was to intice his cousin to come visit so he could kill him, nice modern family!
Ahh, Hawai'i Volcanoes National park. It's really amazing that many of these fields are from recent times (1969-1974). The road is closed off at the most recent fields dating from 1983-2000's and still going. Hawai'i is an island still forming. For us it was an island with loads of rain!
It was really windy and wet, but still beautiful!
