Have you heard of Tasha Tudor? She was a children's book illustrator. She was born in 1915 and just passed away in June. She embraced all things 1830, including a lovely assortment of critters. She is quite inspirational in her own simple way.'She told an interviewer in 1996 that she believed in Albert Einstein's theory of time as a kind of river. If we could get around the river's bends, Einstein thought, we could travel in either direction. "when we die," she concluded, "I'm going right back to the 1830s."'
