Gardens of Eagan

I'm still on my farming theme and this weekend included a trip to Gardens of Eagan. They are owned by a co-op and truly are certified organic. Here's the deal, you purchase a rather larger re-usable bag for $10 and you can pick from a wide assortment of crops and fill your bag to your hearts content. They provide bottled water, salsa and chips, a tour of the farm and entertainment for kids - veggie decorating.
